MOUTH
In the mouth, it is initially sweet and then shows all its character through firm tannins and pungent acidity. The elegant finish and mineral culminate in an incomparable experience for the senses.
PAIRING
An ideal wine to accompany pickles, cold dishes, meats red, and pork. It goes very well with first courses rich in fat and proteins, such as cuts of meat, pork ribs, and typical stews
Argentinians. Its minerality and strong personality allow it to this Petit Verdot to be enjoyed with game meats such as deer and wild boar, dishes with spicy sauces, and grilled meats.
Serve at 15°C.
