TASTING NOTES
It has an attractive, subtle salmon color, surprising aromas of red fruits, and fresh, persistent flavors. Light and elegant tannins and well-balanced acidity lend freshness to the palate. It lends itself to being enjoyed as an aperitif and invites pairing with fish, red meats, and desserts.
